Interlakes Fall Fun Day

Come join us for a fun filled day at the Interlakes Rodeo Grounds. Open to non-members and members.

We will be mixing it up a little, with some fun new events and some Gymkhana Favorites, all events will be in 3 divisions, Buckaroos, Youth and Adults.

Gates open @10:00 am

Events start @ 11:00 am

If this is your first event with the IHC please come at 10:30am so you can sign the required waivers. All members who have already signed waivers, will have a quick sign in sheet to sign at the sign in table.

We will have a place for your bottles and cans.

Please bring whatever you have lying around and we will collect them for fundraising.

ALL ENTRIES one week before event will be subject to the LATE Entry fee.

Day of Event Entry Fee for non-members (or after 10am September 10, 2022) : $50.00

Day of Event Fee for Membes: $25.00

Please register for your memebership and provide your Horse Council #, if you have not already.

STALLS:

The grounds have a limited number of stalls availible for rent for the day. COST: $15.00/day $25.00 Refundable Clean out Fee

$40.00 is paid up front with your sign up fee(s) via etransfer. You will be reimbursed the clean out fee upon inspection of stall.

Once payment and Sign up form has been received you will be signed up to attend, if you do not send payment you are still not signed up. Once confimed you will receive a event welcome email from the club.

PLEASE NOTE: After August 31st, 2022 all entries will be required to pay the LATE fee. If you wish to sign up same day of event or after 10am September 10, 2022 Event fee is $50.00 for non-members and $25.00 for members. SIgn up for event will not be recorded with incorrect payment amount. Thanks

I am aware that I will be required to sign in at the event registration table the day of the event.I am aware that the Interlakes Horse Club strongley reccomends the use of Approved helmets at all events, and I have reviewed and read over the HCBC policy.I do not hold Interlakes Horse Club or any of its affiliats, volunteers or board members responsible for injury or death. I am participating at my own risk and level of comfort.I have read and agree to follow the Interlakes Horse Club Code of Conduct, and am aware that if I breach it in any way I can be asked to leave the event.
